9-Day Residential Training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
February 14-23, 2013 Dead Sea Region
Can I help in financing, donating to, supporting this training and volunteering to EchME?
We are completely grassroots and we are offering this training from our hearts! We do not have any funding from organizations, governments or funders, and we have many expenses that are not covered by tuition- including scholarships for everyone from the region who will attend, better translation systems and staff assistants. We want to practice giving and receiving from the heart while offering this training, and we appreciate receiving financial support in the form of covering scholarships or donations from the heart of those who support this work locally and globally.

Who is this training for?
This training is for people seeking to transform your most challenging conflicts into opportunities for growth, strengthened relationships, and improved human well being. The vision of this training is to bring together interested people, including activists, educators and others; people and organizations who are committed to learning and embodying the principles of Nonviolent Communication in their own lives and to sharing it with others. Residential multi day trainings enable greater immersion in the philosophy and practice of NVC and contribute to a deeper experience of community and learning. This training is a rare opportunity to learn from international trainers with many years of wide-ranging experience. This training is not about “negotiating” or finding a political “resolution” to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, it is aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of individuals who can then choose to implement NVC in the areas that they see as fit for their work, programs, and vision.
Please note that EcoME, The Peace and Ecology Center where we are holding this training, is looking for volunteers beginning in February to build, host and set up: ecome [dot] centre [at] gmail [dot] com .
