Our assessorteam offers trainings for mentoring or assessment of candidates in the CNVC certification process. We worked with the participants in all leader - setting. I celebrate the experience of power with, of taking every participant his/her responsibility and using their power to create an enriching training that supported enormous learning and growing. In Göttingen our regional trainer team of 7 NVC trainers, certified and non-certified, organized the first NVC Day in Göttingen. We offered several workshops for around 100 participants. I really honour the cooperation with the other trainers here, the eainess of our collaboration and the joy we had together and with the participants.
E. Would you share some difficult experiences you had while training this year and how you handled them?:
One difficult experience I had was during mentoring and assessment days. For my integrity and connection I wanted to express some concerns I had regarding an assessmentcandidate. It was really scary honesty as I knew that it would be very challenging for the other person to hear it. I celebrate that I used selfempathy and the empathic support of my trainer collegues to prepare my selfexpression and to go with an open heart into the dialog. With the careful sorrouding of the other participants we managed to have a honest and empathic giraffe dance and found a wonderful solution that worked for all of us. I´m very grateful for this experience as it deepend my trut in empathic connection, honesty and power with.
F. How do you teach the spiritual basis of Nonviolent Communication in your workshops and training programs? :
Some thoughts: Mostly I teach it by being anchored myelf in the spiritual basis. And by focusing myself on needs behind all actions and expressions and sometimes naming them. By being connected with an open and empathic heart, for the other persons and for myself.
G. Please describe your social change goals...:
- Contributing to personal growth and change - Contributing to getting more CNVC trainers so NVC spread more and more - Helping to share NVC with persons who work or live with children: teachers, educators, parents

I´m part of different NVC circles: our trainer circle in Göttingen, our regional trainer team, the "Experimentierkurs", a continous learning circle, the german speaking assessorteam, the D-A-CH, the international educational team. I´m supporting my candidates in networking and encourage them to join and/or create NVC circles or organizations. As part of the organizing team of the trainer meeting in Niederkaufungen I cocreate opportunities for the german speaking network to organize and network.
K. Summarize participants’ evaluations, and how their feedback resulted in new learning or growth for you this past year.:
As I remember I only recieved positive feedback. The participants mentioned that they experienced me as authentic, with an open, loving heart, walking my talk, living NVC. They appreciated my honesty, my ability to connect with needs even in challenging situations and my ability to foster connection.
L. What are your current growing edges or challenges as a trainer that you will be working on in the future?:
