FEBRUARY 13, 2018: Today begins the migration of content to our new site.

Here's What I Know About Fear

In many ways, 2017 has been a year of facing fears for me. Some fears I've intentionally walked toward as part of my healing and my experiment in coming alive. Other fears have found me unawares.

Slow Down

Your parasympathetic nervous system (the one that helps your body rest and restore itself) works best when you slow down--your breath, your mind, your body, your pace of life. Time in nature is also supportive for your parasympathetic nervous system. Put the two together - slow down in nature - and your body will love it.
