**Zsuzsa** joined CNVC in April 2022 as the day-to-day manager of our [intensive trainings](https://www.cnvc.org/learn/intensive-trainings), bringing structure, order, and predictability for our participants and event organizers. Previously, she had a variety of roles in corporate and startup environments, including Administrative Assistant, Recruitment, IT, and Customer Service.

She is an agile project manager, and a devoted declutterer with a passion for conscious leadership, communication, and structures. In 2017, Zsuzsa discovered Nonviolent Communication and has participated in a foundations course and CNVC’s first online Worldwide Gathering in 2020.

Zsuzsa speaks English, Spanish, and Hungarian fluently and is conversational in German and Portuguese, and currently lives with her family in Spain.
