Jeff has been a Certified Trainer since 2005 and has been on the staff of CNVC since September 2020, including since July 2021 as Executive Director.

Jeff was introduced to NVC in 1999 and has led more than 800 days of training in 12 countries, working both independently and in cooperation with more than 30 Certified Trainers throughout the world. For six years (2009-2015), Jeff was the Executive Director of the Compassionate Communication Center of Ohio and has worked for six nonprofit organizations (NGOs) in his professional career.

In recent years, Jeff has shifted his focus from training to providing administrative support for NVC trainers and organizations ranging from financial management, development, marketing, online program management, and executive leadership functions.
