#  FInancial reports

The Center for Nonviolent Communication is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. We therefore share annual information about our finances, governance, executive compensation, and compliance with U.S. nonprofit regulations.

As a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) [tax-exempt nonprofit organization](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/501(c)(3)_organization), we file an annual return with the [Internal Revenue Service](https://www.irs.gov/about-irs) (IRS).
