Our Board of Directors governs our organization by articulating the purpose, vision, and mission of CNVC as established in [our bylaws](https://www.cnvc.org/cnvc-bylaws).

In addition, they create and support the organization's governance and decision making structure. Finally, the Board ensures financial security and legal integrity.
