I published a book together with a colleague: 101 Exrecises for trainers and group facilitators in German language, big celebration
F. How do you teach the spiritual basis of Nonviolent Communication in your workshops and training programs? : 
The spiritual basis for me ist to integrate that we are all human beings with the same needs, independent how we try to meet them and that every action I take or dan't take is an attemp to meet a neend, even if painful for me or others.
J. Please describe your efforts to create, or join, an NVC circle or organization.: 
I am a board member of my local NVC association Netzwerk Gewaltfreie Kommunikation and a board member of the German speaking NVC-network "D-A-CH"
