A. Approximately how many training days did you have this year?:
33
B. Briefly list the groups and organizations you worked with this year as a trainer.:
Raiffeisen Bank, American Chamber of Commerce - Romanian, BRD Bank, International School of Bucharest
C. Approximately how many people did you offer NVC training to this year?:
250
D. What are you celebrating about your training experiences this year? What was significant for you? What touched your heart?:
I especially enjoyed developing a program for fathers and to experience the connection with a number of men committed to respectful, compassionate parenting. This path seems to open in front of me with an intention (and plans taking shape) for a conference for fathers in 2014. I also celebrate making a breakthrough in delivering NVC to a major international bank and the training being positively received by participants and bank.
F. How do you teach the spiritual basis of Nonviolent Communication in your workshops and training programs? :
I don't intentionally teach it. At my advanced training I read carefully selected texts (eg Kibran) and I talk about the consciousness I want in my own life. My experience is that people connect to the spiritual basis (or not) in their own way.
G. Please describe your social change goals...:
Organisational work: shift perspective so business connects with the relational and humanistic over the transactional and materialistic. Family: help couples and parents develop healthy approaches to resolving conflicts and living together so children have positive role models and experiences growing up.
