80
B. Briefly list the groups and organizations you worked with this year as a trainer.:
Parents, Families, Teachers, Kindergartens, Schools, Ludwig Maximilian University Munich
C. Approximately how many people did you offer NVC training to this year?:
500
D. What are you celebrating about your training experiences this year? What was significant for you? What touched your heart?:
I offered NVC as an invitation until I found people want to get something more insistent and clear. F.e. I told teachers telling your feelings are a gift for children and are helpful for the relationship and understanding. Now I tell them thet not showing your feelings is a kind of violence towards them. I celebrate my clarity about this. Louise, Irmtraud, Klaus, Godfrey, Robert and I started the European Intensive Course in France in 2012. 10 days in the most wonderful place I have ever seen in France. 10 days of connection, growing, learning, challenges and personal development. We will have this now for the next 10 years!
L. What are your current growing edges or challenges as a trainer that you will be working on in the future?:
I want to discover more about the difference in NVC with adults and children
M. If you found opportunities to work with other trainers this year,┬áplease share the most meaningful experiences for you.:
The most meaningful experience in working with Louise, Irmtraud, Klaus, Godfrey, Robert was to see them all as human beeings on an equal valued level
N. Is there anything else you would enjoy sharing with the CNVC network?:
Thank you so much for all the work you went through in particular in the last year
