Sunday Nights in Graz, Austria With NYCNVC Certified Leader Gabriele Vana

NYCNVC Practice Groups are weekly gatherings (usually 5 to 15 people) where you can develop your skills through the use of practice exercises, role-plays and the sharing of your struggles and successes with others.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is often readily understood, yet can be challenging to put into practice. To help you bring NVC into your daily life The New York Center for Nonviolent Communication (NYCNVC) offers NVC Practice Groups in North America and Europe.

PLEASE NOTE: We ask that all registrants participate in at least 80% of the sessions (i.e. 8 out of 10) to support continuity, learning, participation and progress of the whole group.

Gabriele Vana
Gabi is a CNVC and NYCNVC Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication. She is also part of the German facilitation and translation team for the Compassion Course Online (German title: „Mitgefühl als Weg“).

Gabi has been studying NVC since 2006 and working as a trainer for NVC since 2009. She has learned and studied with many different trainers (including Marshall on one of his visits to Austria) as well as taking part in Robert Gonzales' 2-years LIFE Program in the US.

Gabriele holds a high value for connection to the life-serving energy and loves inner and outer peace. She is thrilled to be able to share what has been so beneficial in her own life with a larger community.
