Help us to create a world where everyone's needs matter and are met through compassionate giving -- the vision of our founder, Marshall Rosenberg.

By joining with us, you will help to build a critical mass of people who are connecting across differences and resolving conflict nonviolently… not through the use of violence, force, or coercion… but by connecting with our common humanity and engaging our compassionate nature.

Also, as a Supporting Member, you can help us to bring this new world into reality by expanding the worldwide community of trainers, organizations, and practitioners who will make a bigger impact than ever!

The Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) is a global nonprofit organization founded by Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. We are dedicated to sharing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) around the world, and, to that end, we offer International Intensive Trainings and we certify individuals as trainers.

NVC is about connecting with ourselves and others from the heart. It’s about seeing the humanity in all of us. It’s about recognizing our commonalities and differences and finding ways to make life wonderful for all of us. Learn more:

Please contact us if you have questions or celebrations, or how we can support you.

Help people who can make an impact attend an intensive training

Many people around the world are bringing peace and nonviolence into their communities and are eager to learn Nonviolent Communication skills to make an even bigger impact.

However, many of them -- particularly people in African, Latin American, and Asian countries -- lack the financial resources to access NVC training that would enable them to contribute more to nonviolent social change in their communities.

By contributing to our Financial Assistance Fund, you can help to make it possible for people to attend one of our International Intensive Trainings (IITs) and strengthen their skills in peacemaking and collaborative problem solving. You can designate your donation to one a training, or else donate to the general assistance fund, allowing us to apply the money where it is needed!
