A. Approximately how many training days did you have this year?:
B. Briefly list the groups and organizations you worked with this year as a trainer.:
Public Foundation Trainings with people from all walks of life. Come to Life Barn Living NVC experiences again with people from all walks of life
C. Approximately how many people did you offer NVC training to this year?:
D. What are you celebrating about your training experiences this year? What was significant for you? What touched your heart?:
I am particularly celebrating the creation of my own way of sharing the basics of NVC, which has been developing for several years at my Living NVC experiences. I was so touched at my last Foundation training when one participant expressed how safe she felt right from the beginning of the weekend.....she revealed that she had been abused as a child and was always on alert in a group, but she felt immediately safe in this group because of how she had been welcomed, received and encouraged, and because I had self disclosed at the beginning. The other participants also relaxed and the weekend was particularly rich and deep. I love holding groups in this way, as is reflected in the Living NVC experiences, where participants relax and open very quickly.
E. Would you share some difficult experiences you had while training this year and how you handled them?:
There are no particular difficult experiences that I can remember from 2010, except that I know there are always one or two at each Living NVC experience
