Having taught the Alexander Technique for 22 years (see my website www.poisedforlife.co.uk) , it is very important to me to teach an 'embodied' form of NVC. I love supporting small groups, couples and individuals to connect to their intrinsic compassionate nature and helping people slow down enough to connect to a place of choice where so much more is possible than could have been conceived of before.
