Fred Sly

Fred Sly, PhD is a Certified NVC trainer with 13 years’ experience. He offers NVC training to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations, as well as general counseling and mediation services through his Portland, OR practice at www.rosecitynvc.org.

Fred also developed and directs the Oregon Prison Project (www.oregonprisonproject.org), an NVC teacher training program that simultaneously provides NVC education to inmates inside Oregon State Penitentiary and three other Oregon Prisons, and to returnees through one Oregon post-release program.
