Donna F. Kramer is currently the faculty and staff Ombudsperson for Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. In her capacity as Ombudsperson Donna deals daily with concerns, issues and complaints that arise as a result of workplace stress and inter-personal conflicts. Her background as a federal mediator for US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the US Postal Service and the King County ADR Consortium assists her in bringing collaborative approaches to these workplace employment issues. Donna is a newly certified trainer with the CNVC organization and a volunteer for the Freedom Project, bringing the consciousness and skills of NVC to the inmates at the Washington State Correctional facility in Monroe, WA.
