Sharing NVC is such a blessing in my life as it deeply supports my own well being, growth, consciousness and learning! I offer NVC trainings and practice groups primarily in the West Los Angeles area and in Alberta, Canada.

Lately my NVC practice has brought me to deep work with my own core beliefs and I'm celebrating the increased calm, love and compassion I'm noticing. I'm excited to share this transformative work with others.

Vision:

A world in which each of us has access to our inner resources for living life fully, in alignment with our values. A planet on which there's a critical mass of people who have the tools of NVC to resolve conflicts peacefully!
