In this intermediate class, we will learn to recognize when our thinking is divisive, and explore the feelings and needs motivating us. We will practice transfomative processes so that we can learn and begin to connect with ourselves and take action from a consciousness of wholeness. Pre-requisite: an understanding of the basic components of NVC (observations, feelings, needs, requests) and at least one day or 8 hours of NVC workshop experience.
Rhonda Mills, CNVC Certified Trainer and Certified Para Yoga Teacher, brings loving presence and a playful attitude to catalyze flow and possibilities with training participants.
