Transformation and Facilitation: 4-day "Twin Track" NVC Dance Floors workshop

There are two tracks for this training:

1.  Developing facilitation and coaching skills (experience with 5 Dance Floors and 10 days NVC requested); and

2.  Personal learning and healing (4 days NVC training requested)

Track 1:  Facilitation and Coaching Skills

For those who have previously attended a Dance Floors workshop, this is THE opportunity to develop your coaching and facilitation skills, develop awareness and subtlety for coaching others in NVC processes and using the Dance Floors.

You will have opportunities to be coached individually and learn from the live process of the large group

Track 2:  Personal Learning and Healing

Deepen your practice of Nonviolent Communication using the NVC Dance Floors.  Gain fluency in each of the 7 dances.  Experience a novel and creative learning tool, incorporating movement, visual and kinesthetic learning. 

The NVC Dance Floors are spatial floor maps that people move through to experience and integrate various NVC processes.

COST:  Full board £204 PLUS tuition which is a sliding scale of £197-397.  The sliding scale is a strategy to accommodate needs for sustainability for both trainers and participants.  Suggested guideline:  lower scale for those struggling to pay the rent; upper scale for those regularly eating out well and/or paid by your employer.
