The Nonviolent Communication work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg is well known around the world.  Santa Barbara City College's School of Extended Learning and Choose Connection are pleased to present the TWELFTH ANNUAL NVC Conference in Santa Barbara for two days of introductory, intermediate and in-depth sessions. 

The weekend begins with a FREE NVC Introduction Friday evening. Then Saturday will offer sessions by Certified Trainers, Mary Mackenzie, Lorraine Aguilar, Jori and Jim Manske from Maui, Jared Finkelstein, Rodger Sorrow and other presenters Shoshana Wheeler, Ariel Wrye, Jim Kwako, Dana Drobny, David & Bonnie Paul, Craig Chalquist, and Mark Dunlap.   They will  share their experience in using NVC in a variety of settings; from personal life and relationships to business, education, justice and government. Well known for their exciting workshops on several continents and service with the non-profit Center for NVC (CNVC).  Presenters will offer simultaneous breakout sessions. If you have already attended an NVC event or class, you will know that this is a rare opportunity to dramatically expand and deepen your knowledge and skills. If you are not familiar with NVC but would like to express yourself more fully and easily, be sure to attend this event and discover the power of communicating compassionately.
