Join us for this weekend workshop on Compassionate-Nonviolent Communication where you will learn how to artfully self-manage your reactions; empathize with others; and find solutions that restore harmony, are in integrity with your values, and hold everyone’s needs with care.

If you have young children and want to learn NVC, this is an ideal opportunity for you! If you register by May 17, you can benefit from child care for an additional fee of $50 per child!

Those around us can do or say things that we don’t like, disagree with, find hurtful, infuriating, or even plain wrong. So how do we, in these moments, find our common humanity and speak truth to power?

Join us for this engaging and interactive program that includes exercises, games, pair work, role play, and music. We’ll explore the core practices of Nonviolent Communication as well more advanced practices such as Protective Use of Force and how the very way we communicate each day can be a radical act of social change.
