Have you been practising NVC for a while and find that you want more ease with using the 4 steps in the way that you speak? If so this one day course may be for you!

On this one-day course, we will review the whole NVC model, using the 13 step dance floor (the 13 step dance floor was created by Gina Lawrie and Brigette Belgrave).

The intention is to develop our fluency in dialogue, moving through the 3 modes of connection.

You are invited to:

Practice using NVC in those situations in life that you find challenging
Explore the connection with our values in dialogue with people.
Naturalise NVC to connect with others authentically.
Discover more about the way you embody nonviolent consciousness.
Work with breath, tension, flow, gesture, tone and pace; passion and grounded presence and honest expression.

The day includes around 90 minutes of dance and movement - the empathic nonverbal communication system of Biodanza.

This event is for those who want to embody NVC more fully in life.

A pre-requisite is that you will have completed a two-day foundation training in NVC, or equivalent. This will ensure a common foundation for intermediate level engagement and practice.
