Inner work/Spirituality of NVC – Empathic Decluttering as a Spiritual Practice (Lawrie, Gina) (Bosham, WSX, United Kingdom)
This will be an experiential day for people to explore this approach to decluttering. A cluttered environment detracts from the inner peace of mind most of us seek. We can feel weighed down or trapped and this impacts our physical and spiritual wellbeing. Freedom from clutter, both outside in our environment and within, supports spiritual growth and the freedom to be our authentic self.
We hold onto things for a reason. ecognising and empathising with the needs behind that can bring about a surprising shift of energy. Decluttering as a spiritual practice is not about getting rid of all our possessions. it is about being aware of what we have within and around us. We can then hold our internal and external worlds lightly - valuing without attachment.
