Course Description:

Tend and Befriend: The Inner Work of NVC

It is said we treat others as we treat ourselves. If so, then our real work begins within us. What are the messages and beliefs you tell yourself which block you from truly connecting with others? How can you free yourself from limiting beliefs? This weekend workshop is for those wanting to go deeper with NVC and explore the creativity, richness, and beauty of their inner life. We will bring awareness to core beliefs, triggers, judgments, and self-talk to deepen self-awareness and understanding. Join us for a weekend of self-nourishment and self-compassion. This workshop is for people with familiarity of NVC basics who want to apply this to their own inner world.

The following topics will be explored:

developing deeper self empathy
making room for love and forgiveness
empathy and inquiry- NVC and The Work
transforming chronic patterns and core beliefs
radical acceptance of our whole selves
compassionate embrace of jackals
cultivating living beautiful needs consciousness

(requested experience: foundation in NVC tools and concepts.)
