This class serves as an introduction to "The Beauty of Needs," which supports the ongoing development of core NVC skills. We will practice deeply connecting with the needs that are motivating us and stimulating our joys and sorrows. Pre-requisite: at least 8 hours or one full day of training, including basic understanding of the four components of NVC (observations, feelings, needs, requests). This goal of this class is to deepen your experience of NVC consciousness in your life.
