I'm currently a lead instructor and the executive director of Comienzos (comienzos.org) a nonprofit that provides education and therapeutic services for inmates at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque, NM. I love sharing my experience of Nonviolent Communication to anyone interested and have a deep passion for working with youth. I'm available for public speaking, facilitation and coaching. I have an extensive back ground in communication, working with government agencies and marginalized populations.
