This is a 2-day non-residential foundation training in NVC. It will help you to develop a clear basic understanding of the main elements of the NVC process and how to apply them in your daily life - in personal, societal or work situations.

I will outline the essential elements of NVC and provide opportunities for you to practice expressing them in different contexts - out loud, through writing and through role-play in small groups of 2 or 3.

This course will provide a solid 'foundation' for you, so that you can progress with NVC in your daily life and in further trainings if you so desire.
