I. Summarize participants’ evaluations, and how their feedback resulted in new learning or growth for you this past year.:
I gave out feedback forms at the end of my trainings asking for quantitative scores on a number of criteria and qualitative accounts of needs met and not met (and when). I got the following feedback...
General helpfulness of trainer's contribution. Range: 1 (Very dissatisfied) to 10 (Very satisfied). Number of people who filled this in: 51. Average score: 9.08 out of 10.
Learning: amended feedback form to include a space for people to draw a picture. Introduced more movement and small groups on the first day of the Foundation/Basic Training.
J. What are your current growing edges or challenges as a trainer that you will be working on in the future?:
In 2009 I attended the Living Energy of Needs training in the UK, which gave me a keener sense of the 'living energy' of needs and Robert Gonzales' compassionate presence.
K. If you found opportunities to work with other trainers this year, please share the most meaningful experiences for you.:
I enjoyed the assistance and support of Lucy Ascham, Sejal Chad and Yvonne Greenaway.
