Registration for CNVC Trainer Certification Open September 15, 2010

We have been working hard for the last several years to create all that is necessary to open registration: to expand the CNVC assessor team (triple in size) to serve a global community, to update all the policies and procedures leading up to CNVC certification, and to develop all the necessary documents, office infrastructure, and to incorporate it all into a new website design.    

Our goal is to support the development of new CNVC Certified Trainers who are committed to support CNVC and our mission, to protect the integrity of the NVC process, and to use the competencies they have demonstrated to sustain themselves and their NVC communities.

As many of you are aware, CNVC Certifications have been completed and celebrated for the past two years in many parts of the world where:
     (1) assessors were available, and
     (2) candidates were already registered before registration was closed.

We have been hesitant to announce when registration will open, because it has been a much slower process that we could have ever imagined.  And now, we are ready!

We are pleased to announce that our target date for opening the public registration process for certification is September 15, 2010.  

Registration will open worldwide except where assessors groups are not yet available, which includes India and European French-speaking regions. Individuals interested in exploring the possibility of working toward CNVC certification will contact assessors directly to start the registration process. All registration and certification information and accompanying documents will be posted on the CNVC website on September 15th, 2010. 

Regional groups of assessors are designing new and varied assessment procedures, which will accommodate diverse cultures and the individual styles of the assessor groups. The two-fold goal is flexibility of the assessment process AND clear and consistent outcomes for demonstrated competencies of knowing NVC, teaching NVC, and most importantly, living NVC.
