Te invitamos a un taller vivencial de Comunicación No Violenta con Mair Alight. Ella es educadora en el uso del lenguaje y experta en habilidades de comunicación. Certificada en CNV por Marshall Rosenberg.

La CNV te muestra como:

* Hablar de manera en que sea mas probable que lo que se quiera comunicar sea aceptado.
* Escuchar comprendiendo las necesidades del otro.
* Facilitar una situación en donde conversando y escuchando, las necesidades de todos queden satisfechas.

La CNV la puedes aplicar en:

o Coaching y manejo de grupos.
o Manejo del enojo o agresión.
o Relaciones familiares. -desde niños pequeños, hasta parejas-
o Comunicación con adolescentes.
o Las escuelas, y en las empresas.
o Resolución de conflictos en organizaciones y en familias.

My purpose is to offer connection, support, community, learning and growth for those y who would like to learn and deepen their practice of NVC consciousness and skills in a facilitated supportive (and participant selected level of challenge) environment. This will be offered in English with Spanish translation.
