Learn a process that helps us see our common humanity and a concrete set of skills we can practice to create aliveness, fulfillment, inner freedom and thriving relationships.  NVC involves learning to express ourselves honestly, listening with empathy, and developing a compassionate inner relationship.  In this class, you will be introduced to the basic components of NVC and begin to practice them.

Facilitator:  Rhonda Mills, CNVC Certified Trainer and Certified Para Yoga Instructor, brings her loving presence and playful attitude to catalyze flow and creative possibilities in people's lives.  She facilitates holistic workshops in St. Louis and around the country.  Learn more at www.celebratelifewithrhonda.com.  314.704.8456
