Learning a new language takes a lot of practice

Many people find that while it is easy to learn the two ways and four steps of NVC, it takes a lot of practice before it feels comfortable.

If you would like to host a practice group, we ask that you join our community by registering and then signing in.

You can then create a practice group by providing a title for your group, a short description, meeting times, contact information, location and language.

Once you save your practice group, it will be seen on our Practice Groups page.
