Roll Out Issues and Feedback

During the first few days of this roll out that started Saturday May 16, we will be working out related issues.

Please help us by identifying problems you find that are not on this list by making comments below.

We will post known problems and our progress on this page

  • The contact tab on supporters' profile is now present. June 15, 2010.
  • Many blog entries made since September 2009 are now copied over. If yours are not yet, you can open two browser windows, in one log into the new site and in the other log into The old site and copy them over. Please include in the body of the entry the original date of the post. When you have saved the entry, send me an email and I will edit the date of the post so it fits the original time order
  • For a period of time in the first week of July outbound email from the web site did not go out. This is now fixed as of July 6th

I'm not understanding these choices

In the registration process I was given these:

I have no idea what they mean or what is being asked of me.

These are now explained in

Is short:

  • Block Private Messaging—Messaging is a way people on the site can connect directly with you. Check if you do not want to be contacted this way. Checking this is NOT recommended.
  • Group—If this account is for an NVC group check this box.
  • Training Registrar—If you are going to help a CNVC Certified Trainer manage online Registrations, select this role.

These are now explained in more detail, along with a lot of information important to new users in this document: Supporter Manual. You will be able to select these by clicking EDIT when you are at your account.

Connection aux programmes

Bonjour,

Je viens de vivre avec bonheur une session de CNV avec Godfrey SPENCER.
Ce qui a contribué largement à mon besoin d'évolution.
Je souhaite de tout coeur recevoir vos informations.

Listing my NVC practice group

I have been listed as a "Supporter" for years (with great appreciation)and have neglected to list my NVC group(s). Now that I've tried, I find it very difficult. How do I create 'another account,' as I'm instructed to do? When I try I'm given the info that this email address is already taken, have I forgotten my password? I hope you can help me get through this with ease. I'm hoping that I can add 'the group' to my one login account. Would you kindly send an email to help me at ?

Thank you,
Barbara
