September Two CALLS - Empathy & Skills Practice Group with Mair ALight

If you want to learn & practice NVC to deepen your own embodiment, you are sharing NVC with others, or you want to begin to share NVC with others, this program is designed for you. What we are co-creating: A WORLD INTERWOVEN AND INTERDEPENDENT, that supports and sustains us all. Purpose: My intention is to reinforce and deepen our understanding and internalization of Nonviolent Communication; empathic presence, needs focused and action oriented. Participants nurture and support one another as they explore their growing edges and deepen their practice. I facilitate that process with/for us all. This group is facilitated by Mair Alight, CNVC Certified International Trainer/Mediator/Consultant. Two 1.5 hour group calls April 8 and 22. Register at the link below (cut and paste into your browser): Registration on link above requires $30-$90 sliding scale payment. If this suggested sliding scale is not doable for you, email mair [at] BayNVC [dot] org and I will register you myself. Calls will be recorded and made available to participants. Currently re-registration necessary for each month, two calls per month on Monday from 5-6:30pm PT. Sept 9 & 23 Oct 14 & 28 Nov 11 & 25 Dec 9 & 23 I would like to offer the program freely to those who would like to participate and I request donations/gifts to me for my sustainability and to support my lifework. It is important to me that the program be offered aligned with my values that all needs be considered with equal weight; both your financial situation and my needs for sustainability so that I am able to put my energy totally into my lifework without money considerations interfering with my joy of giving. The calls and program are offered in this spirit of joyful giving, sacred presence and inclusive community. On the calls it is my intention to include all voices, hold needs tightly and strategies lightly and offer structure to support that happening. Your invitation is to practice the three modes of NVC (self empathy, empathy for others and self-expression) while on the call and to ask for support on the call. This could be empathic presence, role play, discussion, Q & A, or something else. I trust her understanding of NVC and her continued immersion in learning and clarifying concepts and processes. I am impressed by what I see as her ability to see and reach human beings across a wide range of demographics and experiences and offer meaningful healing and learning to others." - Miki Kashtan, Lead Trainer, Strategic Vision, Bay Area Nonviolent Communication (BayNVC) "I’ve known Mair for a decade as a friend, colleague and as a participant in some of my NVC Mediation workshops. I very much enjoy how she shows up in the world with humor, care and clarity. I like the way Mair relates to herself, and to me and others.
