"A Path to Presence & Connection:  Introduction to the NVC Process"

WHEN:  Fri., May 1:  6:30 pm – 9:30 pm

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:  Presence is emphasized in many spiritual traditions and personal growth approaches.  In this Introduction to NVC, Rhonda will focus on how an intention of connection and attention in the present moment provide the foundation and power of the NVC process.  We will learn how to come back to intention and attention again and again, sinking deeper and deeper into the fullness of being, as we learn, practice, and play with the learning process that NVC provides.

Open to all:  from people with no NVC experience to people with a lots of NVC experience.

Intermediate Session:  “Integrating NVC and Abundance Consciousness”
* Prior NVC training experience is requested (such as Friday’s session)

PRESENTER:  Jeff Brown

DESCRIPTION:  Abundance is a concept that is sometimes ridiculed, sometimes feared, and sometimes embraced, yet I see it as a central and intrinsic part of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

In this session, I will present my understanding of abundance, how it naturally operates in NVC, and how you can engage abundance in your own life to create more inner peace and harmonious relationships.

Particular attention will be given to examining the limiting beliefs we have about money and financial abundance, because I see this as a common area in which people experience an "either-or" (scarcity) that breaks down the fullness of the "both-and" (abundance) paradigm on which NVC relies.
