I´ve never experienced that a conflict in communication is not linked to one ore several of our personal traumatas. It reveals immediately if you start to work on a conflict with Marshall´s model - that I call the "Map of NVC". So I support people to create a deep connection to themselves and what they really feel. If they dare to go there and experience themselves bodily what the conflict is really about there´s a huge release in their system. Communicating in Mashall´s 4 steps becomes much more authentic - based not on a mental list of feelings that is learned by heart - but based on what´s observable on the plate right now.

People experience that as a very practical all-day-life support and thereby as a big relief.
