My Vision, Mission and Aim

Vision:

Meine Vision ist durch ein Zitat von Mahatma Gandhi gut beschrieben: "Sei du selbst die Veränderung, die du dir wünscht in der Welt!"

Objectifs:

Ich genieße es wahrzunehmen, dass ich in jedem Moment meines Lebens die Wahl habe, mich immer wieder neu zu entscheiden: wie will ich wirklich leben? zu was will ich beitragen? wie will ich mit anderen umgehen? In meinen Trainings unterstütze ich Menschen, durch das Leben und Vermitteln der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation, ein Teil der Veränderung zu sein, den sie sich wünschen in der Welt.

Aim:

Ich biete folgende Trainings an: Einführungs- und Vertiefungsseminare, Themenseminare (Liebe und Partnerschaft, Selbstheilung und inneres Team), sowie Naturretreats auf Basis der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation in den Alpen; Weiterhin leite ich zwei offene Übungsgruppen in München, sowie ein empathisches Jahrestraining für Frauen. Für ausgebildete MediatorInnen biete ich zwei Fortbildungen an: "Praxis-Seminar Empathie für Mediatorinnen" und "Mediation mit Stellvertretung"
