a strong basic foundation in NVC skills and consciousness

Contact Person:
Course Description:

For detailed information, see our web site: www.nvctraininginstitute.com

"The Living Energy of Needs" supports the ongoing development of
foundational NVC skills and consciousness. In addition to supporting
core NVC skills, we have continued to develop our training over the
past five years to help participants practically access and live from
a deeper dimension of needs. We weave the experience of the living
energy of needs throughout the training, as the core dimension from
which we learn and live the NVC process.

In the words of recent participants…

“This is a totally new dimension of NVC that I never knew existed.  It
really resonates with my spiritual experiences.”

“I’ve been practicing NVC for 3 years and I am excited about the way your
training is touching into a level of depth that is unexpected.  Now I
can experience needs not as something lacking, but as a fullness.”

“I’ve been dealing with this issue for years, and today, for the first time,
using  this simple process [of transforming a core jackal belief with
the living energy of needs] I felt complete freedom with respect to
this limiting core belief.”

Join “The Living Energy of Needs” to strengthen your NVC skills and
deepen your ability to access the consciousness and life enriching
energy of needs beyond the simple identification of them.

The training will include opportunities to:

  • Identify your current strengths and growing edges in the application of NVC in your daily life
  • Learn an in depth process for self connection that transforms pain into life-supporting energy
  • Understand the core belief structures that shape our experience and perception and see their relationship to needs
  • Receive feedback and coaching on structured presentations
  • Deepen your understanding of the domination and partnership paradigms and the role of needs in each paradigm
  • Understand the spiritual foundation of NVC
  • Learn and live with a dynamic community of people who share a life-serving vision

Benefits of this Training:

  1. An Intensive Retreat Experience
Immerse yourself in the NVC consciousness.
    Renew and refresh your spirit.
Connect with others who are seeking to live from this way of understanding our experience.
  2. Concentrated NVC Processing and Growth
What are your unique challenges in living the process?
In what situations do you find yourself responding in ways you don't like? Or simply not knowing how to respond?

This retreat will offer focused opportunities to identify these
situations and to do the work to experience the shifts that will take
each of us to the next level of NVC consciousness.

Sample topics include: dealing with reactive triggers, staying
connected with yourself in tough situations, dealing with emotional
intensity (including anger), and giving and receiving honest feedback.

  3. Coached Practice in Sharing NVC (primarily for those already facilitating & teaching)
    • Get a chance to practice your skills in
      • Teaching
      • Leading / facilitating groups and/or
      • Mediation.
    • Learn by doing with coaching and guidance
    • Tailor your practice to the level and type of challenge you want, whatever your level of experience.
    • Receive
individualized feedback on your unique strengths and opportunities for
learning at this point on your NVC journey from these four very
      experienced trainers and mediators.
  4. Support for a Variety of Learning Styles
  5. While the majority of the workshop is designed to provide experiential
learning, there will also be opportunities for those who enjoy learning
by observation, and those who benefit from enhanced conceptual
understanding of the principles that underlie NVC.

For those who were left wanting more of the types of experiences created in our Advanced Trainings - here it is!

We look forward to co-creating this training with you!

Course Description:

NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.
