This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

Wil je op een andere manier kunnen communiceren? Een effectieve manier leren om contact te maken met wat er in je cliënt leeft? In deze Introductietraining leer je onder meer zien wat maakt dat jouw communicatie-strategieën soms niet werken. En hoe je dat kunt veranderen zodat dat de cliënt echt naar je luistert en dus bereid is om de wijzigingen in zijn/haar leven aan te brengen die maken dat herstel van de gezondheid mogelijk wordt. En 'last but not least' je leert in verbinding te blijven met de cliënt, ook als het lastig wordt.

Empathy and self-empathy are common themes, as well as compassionate honesty, gratitude, celebrating and mourning. NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.

When we have established our journey to hear others empathically and express ourselves honestly, requests are how we connect to the life in others and help others understand the aliveness in us. They are the practical tools we can use to deepen understanding and heart connection and transcend conflict in real time in the real world.

This is where we use all our skills and awareness and in many ways represents the most spiritual part of NVC practice. In advanced practice, requests help us discover our own attachments and suffering and give us the opportunity to transform how we move in the world and in our relationships. The workshop is designed to maximize learning through the introduction of concepts followed by exercises and role plays.

Deepening workshops of Nonviolent Communication (5x2 days, dates: May 12th/13th, June 9th/10th, August 16th/17th, September 16th/17th, Ocotber 14th/15th)
These 10 days will focus on “inner work” and exploring our relationships and dialogues with ourselves and situations that trigger us. The workshops will help you to discover choices we didn’t know we had and the tools to relate to yourself with a greater sense of compassion.
We offer the opportunity to come for the first workshop to get to know me and then sign up for the rest.
In my experience before we can connect compassionately with others we first need to learn to connect compassionately with ourselves.
The workshop is also an opportunity to become part of a group that continues developing NVC skills and consciousness over the time.

Nonviolent Communication är ett stöd för dig som vill lära dig kommunicera på sätt som skapar mer kontakt och mindre motstånd. Kursmoment och arbetssätt: Kursen är helt på distans, utan fasta träffar och vi möts via Internet. Du kan alltså befinna dig vart du vill så länge du har tillgång till Internet vilket innebär ett flexibelt lärande där du själv kan välja när du gör de uppgifter som följer med utbildningen.
