Course Description:
Join us in our 4th year of NVC on the coastal cliffs of Big Sur. Extraordinary amenities include: hot and cold mineral baths, organic food, hiking trails, pool, art barn, book store, meditation, dance, yoga, and....quiet. Massage and body work is optional.
We will learn and share NVC through practical application of principles and skills, in a fun, lively, collaborative, and supportive environment.

Course Description:
NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will

Course Description:
Create extraordinary relationships one conversation at a time! Whether you want to improve your relationship with yourself, your family, co-workers or community, your participation in this course will open new doors and expand your options. You will gain concrete skills for resolving conflict and building trust in a multi-sensory learning environment that fosters safety, authenticity, depth and fun! In each 3-hour session, Holly teaches the concepts and demonstrates the skills within the context of the large group. She also convenes the large group at the end of each session for debriefing, homework assignments, and closing.
Holly is joined by Asharaine Machala, a member of the Apprenticeship Circle to coach participants in the break-out portion of each session. This one-on-one coaching leads to rapid integration of the skills introduced in the large group.
