Mukti has more than ten years of professional experience in international humanitarian and development initiatives and more then twelve years of NGO work experiences. Mukti has effectively gained expertise in political analysis, public affairs, peacebuilding, emergency relief and rehabilitation, human rights, research and fundraising. He has expertise in project planning, designing, proposal writing, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Mukti has successfully developed and implemented programs and projects with annual funds of $ 6 million. He has raised significant funds from local and international donor communities. As a leader he has effectively managed organization and staff in a multicultural setting.
Mukti has proved himself as an expert in international development and humanitarian support. He has coordinated various program activities with NGO partners from South Asia and USA. He has collaborated and worked with UNDP, Care, GTZ, and United Mission to Nepal as a consultant for monitoring and evaluation, training and research. Mukti was trained by CONTACT-SIT, Caritas Internationalis, Catholic Relief Services, Jesuit Refugee service, UNDP, Norwegian Refugee Council, Caritas Asia, UNIFEM, The World Bank Institute, Eastern Mennonite University, The European Network University, World Vision, IDMC, Centre for Conflict Management, Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies University of Notre Dame, and Save the Children.
Mukti has experienced conducting international trainings, workshops and panel discussions on mediation, peace building, conflict transformation, Monitoring and Evaluation of peace program, conflict sensitivity and Do-No-Harm.
