This course is designed for those who want to make a fundamental transformation in the way they relate with their inner and outer worlds. You can expect to emerge from the 30 days with increased clarity, efficiency, connection, tenderness and strength as well as a new depth of confidence and peace. After the first week, which covers four styles of self-empathy, Holly generates the curriculum from the group's requests, so you'll find countless opportunities in daily life to apply your growing skills. This complete course consists of: *Five weekly classes of three hours each Prerequisite: RR 301 (Basics Integration) or 12 hours from the Special Topics classes (400 level). While the Radiant Relationships Seminar Series rests fully within the consciousness of NVC, Holly also incorporates tools from additional modalities, including The Work of Byron Katie, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Secret, Voice Dialogue and Core Transformation.
