Conflict Resolution for Groups and Organizations

Marshall Rosenberg and the Training Team at CNVC provide NVC mediation, reconciliation, and conflict coaching and consultation to groups and organizations. Over the past forty years, in many war-torn communities and countries around the world, Marshall has helped transform conflict and violence into peace and compassion. Working with hundreds of people and groups globally, ranging from relationships and families in conflict to perpetration of violence to gangs in the U.S. and warring factions in areas such as Rwanda, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, the Balkans, and the Middle East, Marshall has developed an application of the NVC process to mediating conflict and healing and reconciliation of violence.
