Course Description:

Build social capital in your organisation

This residential workshop is designed for anyone in leadership and management positions. Today’s low rates of unemployment require high levels of organisational health and social capital to ensure creative, responsive and dynamic responses to staff, clients and vendors.

In order to attract and retain quality staff, care for their feelings, and promotion of ecological and spiritual awareness must become part of organisational life. This requires a shift from old paradigms of management by reward and punishment to management by collaboration and respect, supported by new ways of communicating that value individual needs and support staff to be fully themselves at work.
