This year we are excited to announce two Compassionate Leadership 2009 programs with trainers Jori Manske, Jim Manske, Rodger Sorrow, and Kathi Aichner, and other experienced practitioners of NVC.  As trainers, we have over 45 years of experience using and sharing NVC with thousands in the USA as well as other countries.  Through our current program we have all grown in awareness and compassion, and have developed new capabilities.   Read what participants are saying about this program including:.

Intention:  To provide intermediate and advanced level NVC learning opportunities in the areas of leadership, organizational development, life-enriching systemic change, coaching and training, in a supportive community.


As a Compassionate Leadership 2009 participant you will have opportunities to:

  • Deepen your living of NVC consciousness
  • Create and implement a leadership plan
  • Develop cooperative community-building skills
  • Learn effective meeting and decision-making strategies
  • Build resources and presence during conflict using mediation skills
  • Plan and practice offering presentations

All in a community of experienced NVC practitioners with ongoing mutual support.
Programs begin in February 2009 and include:

  • three 5-day retreats
  • workbook materials and hand-outs
  • bi-weekly group teleconference with a trainer
  • bi-weekly activity group
  • weekly phone sessions with a partner
  • six individual telephone mentoring sessions with the trainers

When:  The three 5-day retreats in February, June, and October start at 4 PM on Thursday and continue until midday on Tuesday.

Where:  East will be in Atlanta, GA; West will be in Albuquerque, NM
