Stepping into the Fullness of Possibility: Dreaming Big, Making Powerful Requests, and Getting Grounded in Your YES!

Stepping into the Fullness of Possibility: Dreaming Big, Making Powerful Requests, and Getting Grounded in Your YES!

Day-long retreat Sunday, February 19th 9:30-4:00

Presented in Florida’s Gulf Coast at the Bradenton Center Montessori School and led by NYC’s Dian Killian, PhD., a Certified Trainer with the CNVC and author of NVC books.

How are you meeting your needs? As young human beings, we depend on others to meet our most basic needs---for food, warmth, shelter, comfort and touch (to name just a few!).

As adults, we are the “keeper” of our own needs---although we often give that power away to circumstances or others in our lives.

In this interactive, exploratory and reflective day-long retreat, we will explore together:
• How are you holding all your needs with care?
• Are there some needs crying out for attention---such as rest, play, fun, engagement, authenticity or joy?
• If you truly allowed yourself to dream “big,” how would these vital, beautiful needs be met in your life?
• What are the clear, positive and doable steps (power requests) that you can make to see these needs met and your vision for your life fully manifesting?
• What is it like to be fully grounded in the “yes” of what you wish to live?

In this workshop, explore how the practice of Nonviolent Communication in all it’s steps---observations about what we see happening in our lives, our feelings and needs in relation to our experience, and what we want to manifest (via requests)---acts as a means for transformation, liberation and empowerment!
