Flow of Life through Discipline of Choice

I woke this morning with this thought: The Discipline of Choice. Conscious choice. conscious that the choices I make define my life in each moment....and my moments define my life. My laptop kept shutting down while it was streaming video. I complained. More than once. It kept happening. A friend suggested that instead of complaining, I could ask for help.

I asked for help through a google search. My laptop was getting too hot and shutting down. Self protection. Suggestions on how to get it cool, keep it cool, keep it from getting hot in the first place. Tried some. They worked. Laptop now streams videos without shutting down.
This is how I operate my life!
For ease and more joy I'd like to experience less difficulty, complain less, ask for help sooner, and have more ease.
The Discipline of Choice.
First means first!
Aligning my thoughts, my actions, my belief system, the structure of my activities to activate my life. All ways. In all ways.
My JOB? Joy-Of-Being.

The Discipline of Choice refers to conscious choice.
Conscious refers to awareness.
Awareness refers to noticing and identifying what is within asking for attention.
What is within asking for attention is my Life Energy.
My Life Energy refers to the needs that would like to be met.
I meet my needs. through my  ways of being, actions I take, thoughts I think (WAT)
WAT AM I? I experience my WAT through my ways of being, the actions I take and the thoughts I think.

The Discipline of Choice means that each moment I decide to LIVE in the JOY of BEING...or not.
I can choose to live in and as joy or not. My choice. Now. THIS moment.
My Choice. Now. Again. THIS moment.

Dear Ones, what WAT are you choosing? As I take this, no matter what my outer experience is, I choose my response, my actions in response. WHen I choose I am acting in my life instead of re-acting to the outer world. I act, not re-act. Relief and release in that for me. I feel more choice-full, and therefore more willing to engage in conscious choice with my life.

Be Well, Dear Ones, be Well !
