The GCC is working on a proposal to go to CNVC Governance regarding CNVC-certified trainers having a voice in how part of their annual trainer renewal fee is used to support CNVC's vision, mission and aim. (All certified trainers will have an opportunity to review and comment on this proposal before it goes to CNVC Governance - we want it to be something that all certified trainers can live with / are willing to experiment with for a period of time.)
We believe that it is important for us to begin this process with a shared understanding about the needs that trainers and CNVC Governance are seeking to meet in requesting and contributing these fees.
Below our signature is our best guess, as GCC members, about these needs. We would appreciate your feedback on whether this reflects the needs you are seeking to meet, and if not, for you to propose wording that would reflect your needs.
To help us stay on top of the feedback provided, would you be willing to provide it on the following GCC Feedback Form by end of day Tues Dec 9?
http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=p6HBFi7KGIul-NyCT5Iqlbw&hl=en
At this point we will take the feedback received and revise our statement.
We will also be sharing these guesses with the Admin Team and the Educational Services Team to invite their feedback. We will share all feedback received with the network, with the agreement of the provider.
Thank you for your support.

*Purpose of Trainer Renewal Fees*
We understand that the main purposes of renewal fees are to:
1. Support operation of CNVC as a global organization (e.g., worldwide website)
2. Support people interested in NVC in connecting with local NVC communities and NVC training opportunities
3. Support development of local NVC training expertise throughout the world – for example in new countries / areas, especially where the local economy / access to resources would make this difficult without financial support from outside the local area.
