Course Description: 

This workshop will interactively explore EMPATHY in practical ways that participants can use in their daily lives.  We will deepen our PRESENCE skills while holding empathy for ourselves and others, finding ways to honor and celebrate the universal need of EMPATHY. During the second day we will experience an empathy circle.
