My Vision, Mission and Aim

Vision:

Let's inspire, touch and support each others, so that we all dare to live our dreams and lifes authentically, to connect to ourselves and others from our heart and fully embrace life as it unfolds in and outside of us.

Misión:

I mainly chose to work in two fields:
+ with teachers and parents, schools, kindergardens, universities and pedagogical highschools consciously change the tradition of language and conflict culture from one generation to the next.

+ with organisations, (business) companies and communities to explore new ways of working and living together, that meet more needs

Aim:

Teaching and living NVC for me is revealing everyone's true nature of compassion, understanding and the power of choice, honesty and empathic connection in every situation of life, to empower people to do what is really meaningful for each of us.

Therefore I love to do trainings, mediations and empathy sessions in German and English: personally, on skype, telephone, nationally and internationally, with individuals, pairs, families, teams, organisations of all kind (NGOs, educational institutions, business companies,...).
